Here's team 1 led by Omar El Oakley from @bealelab at #CrickDataChallenge experimenting with different ML approaches on many many GBs of light microscopy data ! All vaccinated, and recently tested - ofcourse :)

Showing the power of collaborative working - the #BioimageAnalysis workflow in this preprint was started in the first ever #CrickDataChallenge at @TheCrick, with @aka_hpatel from @BABSBioinformat and others developing computational methods with @feebs and @Karishma_Valand
