Last week, Q17 assisted #USBP agents reach an individual that got stuck when trying to climb the border fence. The person had been stuck for almost two hours at a height of 35 ft. The individual was brought down safely and detained by agents. Photos by #EPFD Capt. Zeh.

Yesterday, #EPFD, @flyelp @ElPasoOEM and multiple agencies participated in the triennial exercise at the airport. The exercise simulated an emergency incident involving aircraft on the runway, allowing all involved parties to maintain and improve standards, protocols and skills.
A couple of hours ago, the #EPFD responded to a Condition 1 fire at a mobile home on Butterfield Dr. Crews quickly knocked down the fire before it could extend to other structures. No injuries reported. Incident under investigation.
