Okay, so there's no error. It's just Microsoft Edge??? The page opens on Android Chrome and on Firefox Desktop but it doesn't work on Edge desktop

You're raging at the wrong thing. This is both correct and expected. When the server returns: <table><tr> the browser renders it as <table><tbody><tr> Meaning, there's going to be a mismatch between what the server sent and what is in the dom (ie a "hydration error").
In Codex CLI, we've had occasional occurrences of "unsupported model" mid session, which was annoying. Team has found the bug and we're rolling out the fix. We'll continue to improve reliability and performance over time.
