If you guys can't repair the AC which didn't lasted for 2 years as well then replace our AC's. Other companies claim their AC to work for 10+ years and yours failed in less than 1.5 years. Paid AMC, Paid for AC and still without AC. #hitachifail #hitachiworst

Customer care is there only to talk in particular accent and repeat the same lines. Technician is alloted and it takes 48 hours, however if you also their number, they will only say, they have their names which is of no use. #hitachifail #hitachiworst
