That's what it means in our forecasts at #13OYS, but that's not what it means from the NWS or from other stations. You basically have to research or ask what it means specifically for each source you have. Asking which is best is also #HowToStartAMetFight lol.
Blows my mind that local news still does weather. What are you guys doing? I can look up the 7 day forecast on my phone.
