Disappointed with @IFB_Care service. Reported my microwave heating delay issue during warranty. Technician said plug point issue, but repeated follow-ups were delayed. Now warranty has expired because of IFB’s delay. Customers shouldn’t lose warranty due to poor service. #IFB
