Thanks. Current state of developments in #imswitch :) Open task: defocus, large image crop/tiling to simulate histostuff. Oh and backlash, random defocus and that kinda annoying things to make it a bit more realistic ;)

Why 1000 buttons if you can simply ask the microscope to do it for you? This is the @bioimageio chatbot coming up with an #autofocus algorithm for #imswitch using an @openuc2 microscope. Chat-Window is sped up, autofocus is real-time. I'm speechless with this speech-driven 🔬Wow!

We relied on available processing and acquisition frameworks such as the #naparisim from @AndreaBassi78 et al. Our #ImSwitch got a huge upgrade: A @napari-inspired plugin system: github.com/openUC2/imswit… This simplifies interaction with this 🔬 software suite for new-comers 4/n
