We show that ultrasonic dissociation of DES-fixed tissues preserves textbook-like cellular morphology! Here we compare #confocal immunofluorescence in PFA-fixed tissues to dissociated DES-fixed cells using #imagestream. This included my favorite tissue: #retina 4/12
