My #SocialSecurity payout is below #FederalPovertyLevel. Lack of standards for #JobClassification in private industry means less to save & less paid to #SS. Without money less is affordable/spent. When will the USA educate & lift their OWN so not to stress the #SocialSystems? 3/3


There needs to be #JobClassification with standardized #WageScale. Private industry has gotten away with robbery of skilled/educated workers for too long. They want you to have everything, including additional certifications, but don't want to pay #workers what they're worth.


All job descriptions in your organization should follow a similar template. Not only is this consistent, but it also creates efficiency! #JobDescriptions #JobClassification #HR
