Few days off #lockdownphys but forced myself out! 1st up, 5k with some press-ups thrown in @ 2mins, then a short @TRXtrainingUK sesh in garden-works better over backdoor (until wife opens to see what all noise is!!) Feel MUCH better for that...now, what to do for rest of day?! 🤔
