Before overtaking, ask yourself if it is necessary and if it is worthwhile. This driver didn't, and overtook for no gain. It's a common thing known as MGIF - must get in front of cyclist regardless of risk/benefit.

We highlight an incident where a driver dangerously close-passed a cyclist on the A644 Huddersfield Road in Dewsbury.
It is definitely the cyclist's fault. The drivers just suffered from #MGIF because the cyclist existed on the same road. They couldn't help it.
