@MetaQuestHelp @Meta Need urgent resolution for Case #09234546. My package (Tracking 447033430932) was LOST by FedEx on Feb 18. I have the official letter confirming the loss, but support has ignored me for 2 weeks. Unacceptable. Refund or replace my item NOW! #MetaSupport #FedEx
