If a freight flow is regular enough, with enough volume, then it should go by Rail - that'll be best for us all. If there's no railhead, one should be created. If Rail is not an option, 'your' 44 tonne HGV-E would at least be some improvement... #ModalShiftToRail Cc @LouHaigh
