More enlightened @Greens4HS2 are surely pretty miserable at the point 'we' have reached - at least, at the point we're clearly at, for now... Given that #ModalShiftToRail means from *all* modes, incl. domestic aviation, the appeal of #Rail must be raised to the highest level.
