Finally, it's well known that any #multiAgentLearning dynamics may fail to converge to equilibria. However, we observe that the ex-ante view of any symmetric auction constitutes a potential game, which guarantees convergence of NPGA to, at least local, Bayes-Nash equilibria. 5/6
