Is #OpenBoxDelivery a scam? 🤔 Why are delivery agents trained to ask OTP before opening the box? Instructions clearly say OTP should be shared only after product is satisfactory, otherwise refund won’t proceed. @Flipkart care to explain?

@Flipkart #OpenBoxDelivery is a kind of scam.. Delivered with a smartwatch 2day.. During open box delivery the delivery agent said nothing about this and just opened box and took OTP. And I checked product once and found scratch. Now FK says we can't return this. Totally a SCAM.
