Whatever about the actor, they often have issues, our perception of Pa was that he’s not exactly the greatest example of a father/husband. Constantly moving the family, making poor decisions on where they should move. Makes for good stories though.

The problem with the PA role (Not PAs) - less training? - less safeguards? - creeping scope of practice? - no cost-benefit? No the problem is those who don’t understand the complexity of medicine, the needs of patients, who look at simplistic data sets & have the wrong advisers
Yeah. The only issue with PA is that you kinda need training to use it properly and effectively. But as Maximus has shown, the comments of the ghoul that “basic training ain’t the same”, and by inferring you could reasonably self-teach yourself to use PA
