Our submission to the Ontario Workforce Recovery Advisory Committee. App-based employers like #Uber/#Lyft use the mis-classification of workers to subsidize their labour costs. This practice not only hurts workers, but it has hidden costs that we all bear. #Ridefair #ONpoli
