Ugh, just spent an hour trying to troubleshoot my connection. Again. For the love of god, can't these corporations get it together? I'm stuck in a loop of restarting my router. It's like they want me to lose my mind.

I couldn't even access the router admin page reliably via ethernet. It would frequently time out. It ended up resolving by itself. Still have no idea what was going on.


it is not resolved at all. I'm facing 3-4 disconnects in a day now. Router shows green light but internet doesn't work. When restart router it goes on fast red blinking. cable also changed now , but severe disconnection problems after cable replacement. it seems you cannot fix it

We just changed routers and it messed up the connectivity of my printer to my laptop and phone. I spent an hour trying to solve it. I got the phone to print. Still no luck with my laptop.

Expert will come and restrat router, check with backend, and say that router can't be replaced because backend team does not see any issue. THIS IS FRUSTRATING TO THE CORE. If this is not solved, then I am not going to renew my connection once prepaid period is over.
