One problem with running shoes Since you're putting so many miles on them so fast, the tread wears out before the shoes look remotely worn out And I have a problem buying new running shoes when the old ones look brand new (but have zero tread)

Depends on the cause , if it's a sudden increase in running , the solution is to reduce it for a while , it's stress failure of the ligaments , better shoes , insoles for arch support , lots of fixes
Run today was bad. Only managed 1 lap. 2nd lap halfway feeling light headed. So I ended up jogging + walking. Very stressful 2 weeks
I didn't stop running but the problem is still there, even after 5 months. Now I decided to stop since apparently there's no way around. Unfortunately.
Get better running shoes, check you arch, get running shoes that don’t allow sideways movement
Try different shoes that seems to help some- have had to cut down on running 🥴
It is a mechanical problem with your foot movements. Your arch needs support. Try orthotics for the inside of your shoes, like these. Or more expensive athletic types is you're running on concrete.
One of the worst ailments because the solution is almost always just icing and resting. I would really caution against running for fear of overcompensating with another body part & risking injury elsewhere (take it from someone who was foolish enough to do that)
