Pq la formateas? Si es por actualizar o upgrade de SO lo haces tu misma, puedes elegir restaurar antes del upgrade borrando toda la data y programas o solo upgrade y pagas la licencia digital al fabricante. Programas básicos para ponerle son como 5 que los bajas e instalas fácil
