The U.S. Solicitor Gen. filed a BIO to the cert pet in the #WrongHouseRaid case Martin v. U.S. Sen. Paul and a bipartisan group of Congress members filed an amicus explaining why @IJ should prevail under the FTCA. But the SG says Congress is wrong about what its statute means.
