Spent the last hour fixing and planning a few chapters… I’ve only written 300 words but feeling pretty good about where it’s heading! Nice to reread the first chapter I wrote, all about Paris. Especially as most of the book is quite sad… 😅 #AmWriting #AmEditing #WriterTweet

I’m at 75k words edited… 😅 time for a workout but should be done with Draft 2 TODAY. 🤩 Then beta readers (with lots of questions), draft 3 and… querying 😱 Someone in my writing pod signed with an agent yesterday - so excited for them! 🥰 #AmWriting #WriterTweet
No you’re procrastinating by making a colour coded spreadsheet of expected / actual / remaining words per chapter and character… 😂😅 It has helped with structure though - and it’s sitting at around 64 chapters which seems about right… 🤷🏼♀️ #AmWriting #WriterLife #WriterTweet
Wrote almost 3 chapters of book 2 and then decided I needed to word-dump my plot… 💭 I mean we know it’s going to change once I start to structure it but this has helped me to see where the story goes. ✍🏻 But it is unhinged 👀 How’s your writing going? 😅 #WriterTweet
