I was in a hurry booked your idiotic cab, the driver accepted and I waited for 20min even I'm in emergency, this idiot driver reached the destination - asked for address the moment I said the addresss he cancelled and left the location in front of me. #DeleteOlaApp.
After using @Ola_Australia 4 times...it has let me down twice. 1st time the driver didn't cancel the fare and had to use @Uber on the return. 4th time the driver cancelled and it offered me a 16 min wait. Killed that and used @Uber again. #Brisbane #Australia #DeleteOlaApp 😢

Don't book auto in ola app. They stopped providing bills for auto ride. You cant claim anywhere if you book auto from Ola app. OLA became autocratic due to high profits now seems.they are in intension that they can any trouble to public #ola #olaapp #deleteolaapp.

So they take 20 min to reach the location and then cancel? Is this acceptable? and if I raise a complain I get a typical answers with sorry notes and yet this repeats. @ola_supports and @Olacabs sleep wel . The best we can do is #DeleteOlaApp.
