#ola app seems to have been designed to delude. I took a cab from I changed the payment method from cash to UPI. I paid ₹277 the ola app. The driver said not received. I had to pay him on his QR code again. I reported through #olaapp . No option to chat or call . Cheating.

Dear @Olacabs Bad service and language used by #OlaDriver. Booking canceled by driver after reaching. I was to go punjab because someone is not well. I will never use ola in future. I will uninstall #olaapp amd will suggest all my family and relatives not to usr again in future.

@bhash @Olacabs Pissed of with the service. Book a Cab, driver confirms MOP, #online , cab cancelled, if payment done #cash, you can’t book next cab until you don’t complain and confirm CCE that cash payment is done. No option to raise concern via #olaapp @ANI @ConsumerReports
