なんで #msys2 のsymlinkどのサイトでも管理者で実行しろと書いてあって疑問だったが、セキュリティポリシーのユーザ権限の「シンボリックリンクの作成」に管理者しか登録されていないからだった。自分も登録してやれば実行可能になる。ほとんどのサイトがコピペゴミサイトなので苦労する。

@GitHubHelp Desktop gets confused if Windows doesn't like the file path. Works in my own #msys2 install though.
