Same rules applied over and over …in time and space? How does it know where to put the red bars? How does information propagate? Is it the backprop of the ground truth? Is it the hidden kernels/masks in the convolution that encode information? 🤔 #NeuralCellularAutomata ☁️
#NeuralCellularAutomata 1000 training steps Blurriness starting to crystallize from the inside out towards the edges… Will it be able to grow (and persist!) an exact match of the pattern? Will we overtrain it to a point where the rules get worse? Feels magical🧙♂️✨🧠👾
