Based on the most recent PCI guidelines, there is no survival advantage of a lima over #ImageGuidedPCI of FOCAL #PRoxLAD stenosis in Group 1-2 #SyntaxScore NON-diabetic patients with normal EF. I would pick #Shockwave & #IVUS guided prox LAD stent followed by stress MRI to see
