cloudnull's tweet image. so #VirtViewer (remote-viewer) on @Windows works amazingly, who knew!?

Can't say how much I loathe #virtviewer for stealing my focus and not resizing the window despite its being configured to do so…

Hmm, #xdotool doesn't seem to interact too well with #libvirt's #virtviewer. :(

Hm, I seem to be running #virtviewer 1.0, and there's 5.0 in #stretch; maybe I should bite the bullet and dist-upgrade at some point…

And of course the upgrade to #virtviewer 5.0 doesn't fix the #XTest vs. #XSendEvent issue. Cursed me.

Ah, great! At least I might not be entirely stuck with #virtviewer's bugs. Maybe there's some #spice client I could try too.

For reference, #virtviewer bug reports: - broken resizing → bugs.debian.org/862869 - XSendEvent vs. XTEST → bugs.debian.org/862870

I've just published the initial version of my web interface for managing virtual machines while using #libVirt #virsh #virtviewer and #PHP. You can find it here: github.com/Jiab77/libvirt…
