UPDATE 4/13: We tested all the rock dowels - and they passed - and placed our last anchor to stabilize the slope. We continue hauling debris around the clock and cleaning-up and checking the site. NB I-5 remains closed at exit 246 until 5a Thurs (3/16), pending inspection.
