#SUPR looks like 15.4% of the rent went in fees to investment manager. With the amt of loans they have too, I wouldn’t be surprised to find other fees that are harvested in arranging. I’m extremely cynical of this kind of vehicle. Just buy propco bonds if the yield appeals.

When I invest in fixed income it’s an asset class that covers a wide range of instruments & associated terms. I usually access these instruments via Investment Trusts but I do hold some individually. 😊👇
