Yep. I tried my relax routine from my 20s - crochet and radio drama. I had good mental health back then despite difficult times (early 80s, hard job, hard college). Paid no attn to politics; an hour a day creating something + *fictional* drama. It’s working! I’ve relaxed a lot.

Spring 2020, hardly any cars on the road, I spent my days out exploring my suburb. No landscapers nor wildfire mitigators working so the grasses were *amazing* A rare chance to see so much variety. Tall, flowing, gorgeous seeds. This brought me back to those quiet days
