The @ANRFIndia #NPDF evaluations + recommendations are nothing short of a joke! Here is an example of a proposal that received positive feedback, but NOT recommended! No transparency on criteria for recommended proposals + no list of recommended proposals. A BIG BLACK HOLE
There is absolutely no transparency in this process. The General Comments by Reviewer 1 contain numerous spelling errors, which is very disappointing. It is unfortunate that young researchers are compelled to go through such experiences. @ANRFIndia #NPDF
