I lived across from Jubilee for years. These stores are pillars of the community. Forcing them to close won't stop students from seeking pizza, and will actively harm the community they serve.
Our “walkable city” shell henceforth only be walkable during “reasonable hours”.
I lived across from Jubilee Junction and Triple AAA for five years. While it's not quiet outside these stores it is in the center of where the students rent in the south end. Why not let these local businesses continue to serve the students in the area after a night out?
