This is Renee Good. She was a mother of a six-year-old child. She was an American citizen. She described herself as a “poet and writer and wife and mom and shitty guitar strummer from Colorado.” And she was gunned down in cold blood and broad daylight by Trump’s ICE agents.
A video taken by eyewitness, Emily Heller, shows ICE agents denying a self-identified physician access to the victim and telling bystanders to “just relax.”
If the President has seen a different video, he should release it. But the evidence available does not show an officer being run over or a justification for shots to be fired. The rush to excuse this shooting is expected but abhorrent. Gather the facts. Do your job.
