If you have been following us for a while now, you know that in last year's budget cycle we secured just about $3million in funding to begin the implementation of CART- a community based alternative to the police response of homelessness.

UA is unlicensed security guards playing unlicensed cops sold as unlicensed social workers. The City should simply hire actual social workers directly, not hand out crony no-bid contracts for knock-offs.
