I am told the CRTPO can deadlock this by demanding changes and can kill the whole project that way if we pressure them. @Action_NC

Ask Action NC what their plan is to expand affordable transportation options for low-income families. They want them to get by on the extremely limited existing system instead of supporting the plan to reach 90% of Mecklenburg for just pennies in sales.

Funny how people who never ride CATS suddenly become “experts” on safety. I’m on the trains, buses, or at CTC every day — security is now omnipresent. Matt rode once in September, heard a bad word, and now he’s an authority.

CATS security funding rose from $5.9M in 2022 to $18.4M in 2025, yet armed security officers dropped by 40% during that time. The city's budget increased from $2.1B in FY2016 to $3.8B in FY2016. I'm no longer in elected office, nor do I work for the city. It is not my…

I'm very proud release a project I've been working on for 18months: the *first* rigorous study on floorplans & families. ~10K person survey & 40pg paper on: Do floorplans matter to families, or people who want a baby? Turns out, YES! And having an *extra* bedroom matters MOST
