Some domestic abuse & sexual violence advocates on this are platform calling for people to support racist & hate fueled "Reform UK" if they want to protect women & girls. THEY DO NOT SPEAK FOR ME. They are perpetuating biases & beliefs that cause VAWG. #Hate begets hate. End of.
Andrew Tate could live-stream himself assaulting a woman, tell the world that they deserved it, post a guide on how to do it across his social media platforms, boys and men could reenact it, and when he's finally arrested, his followers would insist he's being unfairly targeted.
These posts do incite violence. They appeal to a bias induced fear. Fear = nervous system response, then, thoughts & actions to stop us feeling scared. The demographic you aim your bias at, happen to be the most likely to utilise violence to quell the discomfort of their fears.
Parents. Teach your boys emotional literacy before they harm themselves or those they try to care about.
No matter what they say, they only try to drag you backwards because they know you’re ahead of them, sis. Stay the course.
