Last race of the year at Telford 10k and a new pb of 33:48 💪 enjoyed the alternate route and think there is more in the tank with some better pacing. Once again a great event to be part of so well done to the organisers 👍

Our advice for a successful xc season. Get the miles in. Stay away from the fads and fancy workouts. Stay the right side of the line.

Thursday saw race 1 of the Kidlington Mota-vation Series in Charlton on Otmoor. 5.2miles in great conditions. 45 second course pb going through 5 mile in 27.00 which would be another best for me. Looking forward to some summer racing 💪🏃♂️ pics @AbingdonAC

Sunday saw my first running of Reading Half Marathon. A good test over the course with a couple hills and some good running stretches also. Managed to best my previous half effort back in 23 with 1.18.26. Really good support all the way round. Next up relays on Sunday 👍
A fitting end to this year's cross country season. Representing Oxfordshire at the inter-counties at Wollaton Park, Nottingham, my first Oxfordshire vest! Great experience mixing with some top runners, pleased to make the scoring six. Great venue and course on a warm spring day!
