Is there anything TRPV4 can't do? Our paper just out in @StemCellsJournl by Vince Willard shows that #TRPV4 is not just a marker of chondrogenesis, it also regulates it in #iPSCs! w/ Holly Leddy, Daniel Palmer, Chia-Lung Wu, & Wolfgang Liedtke @Regeneron …cellsjournals.onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/full/10.10…

Is obesity a disease of stem cells? We think so! Today in @CellStemCell, @ArinOestreich reviews how obesity reprograms stem cells, in utero and in adults, and how dysfunctional stem cells can contribute to obesity. w/@KelseyHCollins @naciopek @chialungwu cell.com/cell-stem-cell…

Let’s all RT with a #hottopic suggestion for #ORS2021. I’ll get the ball rolling. #hottopic 1 - machine learning in orthopaedic. #hottopic 2 - spatial transcriptomics

#ORS2021 will be offering some new programming...one specific type of program will be featured HOT TOPICS. We want to hear from you what #hottopic in the field should be featured in 2021 at ORS? #share #ORSNation #wearelistening #orthopaedics #musculoskeletal #science

This is a cool preprint for any scATAC-Seq folks!

So you got an exciting scATAC-seq dataset and you want to know which method you should use to analyze it right? We had the same question so we decided to try them all! Read our preprint on benchmarking methods for featurization and clustering here: biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

Excited for a new preprint today led by Amanda Dicks & Chia-Lung Wu! Using our CRISPR-generated reporter iPSC line, they identified cell surface markers that define chondroprogenitors and showed by scRNAseq that we can greatly enrich chondrogenesis. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

Key words: "or 3..." lol

In case you've not been keeping track, that's 2 preprints, 1 paper, and 1 special issue of Journal of Orthopedic Research in the past 2 weeks. Also a grant or 3 submitted...
