If I believed the ScotGov was cunning enough, I'd believe you did it on purpose. However what we saw was a lesson in how not to pursue a policy from the SNP/Greens. Ignoring business, remaining clueless about process, having no idea of basic facts, and now finally delayed.
Today's decision to delay Scotland's Deposit Return Scheme to align with a UK scheme is a direct result of the UK Govt's deliberate efforts to undermine devolution. Be in no doubt, UK Govt has sought to deliberately sabotage DRS to override the will of the Scottish Parliament.
In 2021 the Welsh government failed to spend £155.5m and had to give it back to the UK government. Today the Welsh government risks losing £500m of EU cash unless it spends it before the end of the year. The Welsh government couldn't organise a two-ticket raffle.
Learning this might be the first step to getting support for breaking Wales off above 30%
