Hi everyone, as you may know I'm just starting to make my transition into Data Science so would love feedback. #DataScience I just published My First Data Science Project — Family-Friendly Neighborhoods in London link.medium.com/Tje4Y6Fem0

Type I Zoom error: you think people can hear you, but you’re actually on mute. Type II Zoom error: you think your muted, but actually people can hear you.

I have been using the Feynman Technique without even realizing it. But I can say it definitely works. Turned me into a failing college student to graduating with honors. It can also be used in daily life which I can’t say I’ve applied this way yet but now I will.

The Feynman Technique can help you learn anything. on.inc.com/x1nV5QL

Ha I am definitely feeling this way right at this very moment.

To my fellow data analyst/ scientist how do you explain to younger children what you do. I always struggle with it but obviously want to explain it in a way that gets them excited about it

Python virtual environments: Do you use them? how do you use them to when working on your projects? I know of two different ways: 1) Create an environment for every project 2) Create an environment for specific functions. Ex: 1 for clustering another for data cleaning

That feeling when you finally get that piece of code to run that you have spent hours or even days working on.

If I have learned anything recently working with data it’s that percentages can be misleading. You need to report both percentages and absolute numbers to have the full context. Anybody else have thoughts on this? #data #DataScience #analysis #insights

I know Christmas is over and done but I just saw this and I love it. And just had to share!!!! How awesome is this. #SQL

So apparently LinkedIn has stories now. All the social media platforms are starting to look the same.

It feels great when you doubted yourself but than ended up completing the goal in less time and effort than you thought. Self doubt truly does kill dreams. #selfdoubt #impostersyndrome

I’m curious what everyone’s preferred visualization software is? And why? Tableau? Power BI? #visualization #dataviz

Seems like employers have the upper hand at the moment so they are making lower than normal job offers. Or is this just my personal experience.

My top Python libraries for data science: scikit-learn PyTorch TensorFlow Keras Pandas SciPy NumPy Seaborn spaCy XGBoost Bonus: Gensim Scrapy Flask MySQLdb huggingface What's missing?

So when I was learning data analytics I learned a lot but the one thing that was never taught or even mentioned was the proper way to debug code. If you don’t know how to use a debugger I suggest you learn now. I’m now wondering what other skills I need but never learned...
