You are brought into a startup to run their three-person data team. This is a story about teams and organization, and how you spend a year getting the team to a good place.
It's early days, but I think I prefer the SSMS version of SQL Change Automation (ReadyRoll) to the VS version.
What are people doing to keep an eye schema drift in production? I would like to know about it before I try to release.
