South Dakota passed a bill that tells doctors how to, cruelly, medically detransition their patients. It tells them to "systematically reduce their patients hormone levels." This fulfills (a), (b), (c), and (e)
I'm not mincing my words anymore. The legislative assault on transgender people is a genocide against us. It seeks to remove us from public life, remove all legal protections, remove our trans children from parents, remove their medically necessary care. It will kill people.
I like how it was explained in an anthropology text: It's not an additive or succesive thing. It's not "woman + poor + immigrant + worker". It's all together, that person is experiencing a particular experience of womanhood due to being immigrant and worker, etc etc etc.

Like eight years, ago YouTube's comment algorithm surfaced the comment that had the most replies, which of course pushed the most controversial comments to the top. So nerdfighters started replying to comments they thought were good with just "+" or "+++" and it worked <3
Day 46 of my Terrible Flag Redesign Series! For South Dakota's flag design, we went with a simple strategy: put down every fun and exciting thing about the state on a single flag and leave it at that!
Just looked into it, and it seems achievable to have the bot directly interface with the Twitter API for automated tweets. This Will take time and effort, so it will be further down the to-do list.
