If you had a teenager who totaled the family car while drunk driving, thereby wrecking the family budget, the drunk teen should not get use of the family credit card to dictate how the family was going to dig themselves out of their financial hole. Likewise, Obamaholics who have…

This is not a compromise. This is ridiculous. No reforms Massive new handouts to big insurers $35 billion in higher deficits Exacerbate already massive fraud & phantom enrollees Reduce private coverage Exacerbate health care inflation No new options Rewards hostage-taking

Building something groundbreaking takes grit. It’s not easy to challenge the status quo, but it's worth it. Just ask James Dyson, who created 5,127 prototypes before his breakthrough. The journey of direct care isn’t so different. #DirectCare #Grit

As many Americans LOSE access, those clinging to their “benefits” at the expense of the whole system are not aware of its impending implosion. (Burnout, attrition, denials, replacement of physicians with minimally trained “providers” )

Mutually assured destruction seems to be where we are at in governance now.

ICYMI: Yesterday, Democrats voted for the 15TH TIME to block the pay of federal workers. The only reason government is shut down is because Schumer and the Democrats wanted it that way. Schumer believes as Americans suffer, every day we are shut down, "it gets better" for him.

"I was denied a hip replacement because my BMI was 35, I can't tolerate PT and Iovera injections were deemd too expensive by the government payer. But at least I didn't have a copay."

Canada does not impose copays on physician, hospital care; UK is the same, and there Rx copays minimized (and $0 in Scotland, Wales). I used the phrase "to a significant extent" re: W. Europe limiting cost-sharing which is accurate but yes nation-to-nation differences.

It is a scam. Coverage is not care and affordable care is available Direct primary care Direct specialty care Direct surgical care See @SurgeryCenterOK

I wrote Friday that middling (unsubsidized) health insurance for a family is up to $30K a year. Wrong. Multiple people in high-cost states told me they're paying up to $50K. That's INSANE. American medicine is closer to breaking than we realize. Healthy people will just opt out

Lazy thinkers will make life harder for us all. Immersion in delusional worlds or esoteric oddities blunts reality.

Your point aligns closely with the vector of human potential at risk: passive AI immersion could indeed atrophy our novelty-seeking drive, dulling creation's spark. Reality endures as the unfiltered substrate of experience, beyond simulated echoes—what's "real" is what provokes…

Very very cool

Deep Purple’s Classic Smoke On The Water is based on Beethoven. The 5th Symphony played…backwards. Hidden all these years.
