Final half of 2022 in the books! My problem tendon isn’t sore,I kept under a 10 min pace,&my chest CT from 2 wks ago shows COVID didn’t damage my lungs/isnt the cause of my dyspnea when climbing stairs(I still believe this is Covid related) All things Im so grateful for!💕
