Yellow Breeches Creek is flooded following Wed. Here’s the view from Cold Springs Inn Brewing Company in Cumberland Co. The water was no where NEAR the patio when I visited on Tues. Now it’s a waterfront. Employees feel lucky, expecting the damage to be worse. @CBS21NEWS
