Rehab & recovery after an ACL tear typically involves a combination of exercises, strengthening & gradual return to sports activities under the guidance of a healthcare professional. It’s important to follow the recommended treatment plan to ensure proper healing.
If you are experiencing any pain or discomfort during therapy, make sure to communicate this with your therapist so they can adjust your treatment plan accordingly. Communication is key!
