FlowDyn Recovery
@FlowdynRecovery
Rapid compression recovery that brings the benefit of a run to the seated position. Up to 10x blood flow. Supported by 30+ years of medical research.
It seems everyone is under the impression that “injury prevention” is some mystical, stand-alone program that resides in Hogwarts or something. That mini bands, BOSU balls, and balance drills are what it takes. You're sadly mistaken: ericasuter.com/what-the-hell-…

New Research: Progression of Blood Flow Restricted Resistance Training in Older Adults at Risk of Mobility Limitations: Blood flow restriction (BFR) resistance training leads to increased muscle mass and strength but the progression leading… frontiersin.org/articles/10.33… #Physiology
After a hard workout, muscles and joints have been pushed to new limits, and stretching allows your body to grow safely. + The benefits of stretching are: - Speeds up recovery - Improves performance - Increases blood flow to muscles - Improves posture - Increases flexibility 👌🏼
woundsresearch.com/article/effect… Blood flow promotes healing and regeneration. Plain and simple.
In our studies, we've associated the release of these (but not limited to) biomarkers with vascular shear stress. One big biomarker not shown is Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor (VEGF) which promotes angiogenesis.
Our goal with the FlowDyn is to create as much vascular shear stress as possible. Here's how we do it. Each "notch" during inflation yields more shear stress along with a rapid deflation. Shear stress = biochemical release
ahajournals.org/doi/pdf/10.116… Very interesting study on how vascular shear stress drives endothelial adaptation and vascular remodeling.
Our type of Intermittent Pneumatic Foot and Calf Compression (IPFCC) yields a dramatic increase in blood flow. See for yourself. Data presented at The Society of Vascular Technology. DM me for the full presentation.
Just some food for thought: if rapid compression yields better results for venous ulcers, would it do the same for other tissues? Ie muscle tissue? I think so... medsolsupplier.com/evaluation-of-…
Our clinical studies are all done by 3rd party institutions, published in peer reviewed medical journals. Time to bring medical technology to the masses
Now that the playoffs are in full swing time to add a little “nitro drano” to the equation. Thanks @FlowdynRecovery for the regeneration boost as the older guys need something extra.
