It is certainly NOT from a position of strength. We have been highlighting serious issues for over 18 months. A number of councils / HSCPs have advised contracts would not be renewed due to the recent @ScotCharityReg investigation, turnover of trustees & financial concerns. 2/3

CEO Tricia Donnelly sat on the @SLCek board for 4 years until March this year, for part of her tenure she was the Senior Independent Member. @AuditScotland found a number of areas where @SLCek did not fully comply with the Code of Good Governance for Colleges. 2/4
