Why with all these IT upgrades that are happening across various systems/platforms have we not got a simple easy to use contact directory? Trying to find a contact number for an office or dept is near impossible
Is the chief constables’ email broken that we’ve been sent a physical letter with information and leaflets? Thought I was getting the sack when I opened a letter from her ffs.
Is there any point in police pilot schemes or projects? Inevitably new process etc will be implemented anyway or the division or sub division chosen to do the pilot always appears to be chosen to ensure it will work.
Cited for court in the future during an AL period but not put the leave through yet. Are you still entitled to the leave, will scope still auto approve as +5 weeks and if so do you still get paid if not excused?

Another marked police vehicle off the road after skelping another pothole in @GlasgowCC area. Numerous off the road with burst tyres or cracked wheels the last few weeks as a result of them being it for hours or days.
Anyone know with the pavement parking ban/legislation will it be added to non endorsable list, we getting ‘sticky tickets’ to issue or is it solely local authority enforcement and powers?
I love hearing all these examples of how staff/cops at Dalmarnock are being treated like royalty whilst staff/cops elsewhere are being ignored and working in poor and unsafe conditions at their own offices. Hatred/divide growing, morale already rock bottom. Thnx @PoliceScotland
Coming back from leave to see that PF wants us to submit whole load more of stuff for custodies when shifts are already burst and still getting called out to calls even though dealing with a custody. Doing more with less example again. Any push back on this? @GdivReps
New COS crime/case reporting has came into effect highlighting PSOS training is a complete shambles. Nobody knows what they’re doing highlighting training not fit for purpose. I support purpose of new crime/case. Does anyone fel training actually prepared them for implementation?
MyCareer doesn’t fill me with any confidence with the folk I’m seeing doing their acting roles since it came in. Quite embarrassing really when you say to folk “you’ll never believe who’s doing their acting 👀👀” folk you wouldn’t trust to do door to door properly.
Wonder what the conviction rate or percentage is for them all out of interest
